The hotel offered a fantastic location in the center of the city, very close to the seilbahn. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bathroom. the staff was attentive and took care of our requests in a timely manner. We had a great breakfast and enjoyed facilities like the sauna, which was clean and well-maintained.
We wish they would have provided more information about the availability of dressing robes for the sauna.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was highly impressed. The location in the center of the town made it extremely convenient for exploring all that this charming destination has to offer. The service at this place was impeccable, with staff who were attentive to all my needs and took immediate action on any remarks I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free toiletries and an am/fm alarm clock. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added an extra touch of luxury.
If you're looking for a truly luxurious and comfortable experience, I would highly recommend this hotel. From the spacious and clean rooms to the excellent service and facilities, this place truly exceeded my expectations.

The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and I couldn't fault it. The hotel facilities were great, especially the sauna facilities which were excellent. the staff were helpful and took immediate action on any remarks or concerns I had. The location of the hotel in the center of this charming city made it convenient for exploring and transportation was easily accessible. Lastly, the breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide range of options to suit all tastes.
I couldn't fault anything about this hotel.

Sauna facilities were quite good for relaxing after a long day of work. The rooms were comfortable and clean, which made it easy to unwind and get a good night's sleep. The staff was responsive and took action on any concerns or issues we had during our stay.
There was no information provided about the availability of dressing gowns for the sauna in the hotel's brochures or online. We had brought our own, only to realize that it wasn't necessary.

The hotel was conveniently located near the ski lifts and had a great spa. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
Our Christmas vacation at this hotel was disappointing. Despite the great location and spa facilities, the overall experience was lacking.
